Mykelti Williams not admitted

Everybody keeps a record of everything.

If we get a bowl game and he wants to bolt, then he's going to bolt. That's under nobody's control but Dino's.

Not admitting a JUCO Safety is not earth shattering.

I'll tell you that the Admin has been way more supportive than they were for either of his last two predecessor's. Things are moving in the right direction.

Win, lose or draw, if Dino's a leaver, he's a leaver. The rest of it is just the excuses to justify it. If he wants to stay here, he'll work through whatever issues he may or may not have.
What was the reason that he left the last two schools after just two seasons?

Does it matter though? Wanted a bigger job? More pay?

This is something that everybody was well aware of when he was hired. If he's leaving because he's been successful, although disappointing, it's a good problem.

I'm not aware of him landing anywhere else and I'm sure this isn't something that just happened. I checked his twitter a week ago and everything SU related was removed including his original commitment tweet.

He was a 3 to play 3 guy so maybe there was ground he had to make up to make that happen regardless of the school and he didn't get there.

I'm not passing judgement on this one until I see if/where he lands.

This is exactly how I feel on this particular situation. If he starts getting offers from peer schools and has no trouble getting admitted, then I will get irritated.

You think coaching and staying at those lower levels is a goal, same pay as a ACC school?
No. Of course not. But do you think that we are the mountaintop? There are a lot better paying schools than us.

You asked why he left those schools and I answered. If Babers decided to leave Syracuse it wouldn't be for a lower level school.

Did I say that he would leave for a lower level school? No. I didn't.

That last two 3 to play 3, 1 year JUCO guys that we had, Marona and Lasker, had no issue getting admitted.

The only guys not admitted for Dino under the current administration are Jo-El Shaw, who was not getting admitted anywhere, Michael Moore, a late JUCO who ended up at UTSA, James Pierre, who was denied admission by UNC originally and then after a year ended up at FAU, and now M. Williams.

I just don't see a pattern here - the only guy you could really complain about was Moore because he at least landed at a BCS program prior to that season starting. But it's not like he landed at a program on par academically with Syracuse.
