Was the gun used in the shooting legally registered? If not, not sure how he didn’t commit some crime, if not being an accessory to murder…
And wouldn't that detail normally come out soon after the arrest? Not 6 weeks after? Was the gun used in the shooting legally registered? If not, not sure how he didn’t commit some crime, if not being an accessory to murder…
Long twos are stupid, no matter who is taking them.
We didn't know better 30 years ago.Even our all-time leading scorer, Lawrence Moten? Some guys just aren't dead-eyes from the arc.

I bet if he played today his game would have evolved so he was a better 3 point shooter. It was not like he completely could not make them.It was a better game 30 years ago. And Moten jacking up threes wouldn't have made him a better Moten.
And if it was, then it’s just another day in Alabama. This is a completely different culture folks. Guns are expected to be kept available. And I’m not talking black culture. Southern culture. Was the gun used in the shooting legally registered? If not, not sure how he didn’t commit some crime, if not being an accessory to murder…
I'm no law talking guy, but based on what's being reported, I can't fathom how Miller can't be charged with something. The Tuscaloosa police chief told Al.com that Miller isn’t facing charges because “there’s nothing we could charge him with according to the law.”

Hmm quite a stretch to get any equivalence considering a murder was involved.Ahhhhh, Mike Waters throwing haymakers while always throwing puff pieces around where he reports.
Disgusting
Or big city cultureAnd if it was, then it’s just another day in Alabama. This is a completely different culture folks. Guns are expected to be kept available. And I’m not talking black culture. Southern culture.
Couldn't agree more. Dude sits on his hands at pressers, scared to death to ask a question while deferring to the DO reporters to ask the toughies, then throws shade. Nicely done.Ahhhhh, Mike Waters throwing haymakers while always throwing puff pieces around where he reports.
How’s it a stretch? He’s not breaking news he’s just making comments while the town he works in he does reports nothing but puff pieces while the program is has declined for years.Hmm quite a stretch to get any equivalence considering a murder was involved.
In Tuscaloosa? You missed my point completely. If this was big city culture, there’d be no doubt he’d have been charged already.Or big city culture
To follow up on my point, I’m not defending Oats or Alabama, I’m just pointing out how awful the resident PS/Syracuse.com reporters are. How’s it a stretch? He’s not breaking news he’s just making comments while the town he works in he does reports nothing but puff pieces while the program is has declined for years.
If he hasn’t already I’m sure we’ll hear about how great our new commit is.
Nobody can convince be otherwise that both NMSU's season would still be going if they didn't realize Greg Heiar was a terrible hire on the court and that this situation at Bama isn't handled differently if they aren't having their best season ever. There are plenty of places all over the country where college sports trump just about everything else. How does this not come crashing down. This is a different version- but very much a Baylor redux and akin to New Mexico State.
Not going to go conspiracy theory here but this is starting to smell like Oats or others knew a lot more...

I believe there is a legal term "accessory".Of course they do.
But Miller wasn't there when the shooting happened. And he might go top 3 they have a reason to protect him.
LOLOLOL at the people who insisted Nate would want to stay there forever and would never think of jumping after this year. Hes out 100%.
Miller is going to get away with doing something very stupid. He wasn't part of the murder at all though. If he wasn't a star player and was in a different state he could be looking at the end of his career.
