NBA 2018-2019

Wherever Kyrie ends up is my pick to get AD.
Griffin will either want the 3rd pick package or Jayson Tatum package.

So if Kyrie to the NYK, we throw the #3, both Mavs picks and DSJr, Knox?

Bill Simmons is so dumb and this idiot thinks he could be a GM.
This is the hot garbage he spewed today.
Celtics trade Hayward, 14, 20 for Mike Conley. Celtics then trade Tatum, Smart, picks to New Orleans for Anthony Davis

FVVleet should not play be allowed to play basketball in the playoffs. He's serviceable in the regular season, but just embarrasses himself in the playoffs every year. Such garbage.

Was on a flight for the 4th quarter but sounds like I didn’t really need to see it. Man that first half was a lot of fun.

Why can’t we have intros like this again.

To the Knicks fans why did they get rid of that Knicks intro song with that Go
New York Go Open.
It’s amazing the oldies are better.

so, you guys going to give Lillard the crap you gave Harden? At least the Rocket's made it a series and were in every game to the end.

I think the Warriors were so elated after they won game 6 vs Houston was because they figured that was the championship

Biggest wildcard in all of this that makes me start to switch from my stance that they couldn't win a title without Durant is how much Green has stepped up his play lately. He's borderline dominant with how active he is on defense and then how he just destroys team out of that pick and roll always making the right decision in the 4 on 3 when they double Steph.

Portland had that game last night and then just had a rough combination of poor play and tough breaks. CJ went cold, their defense seemed like the moment got too big for them with the easy looks they were giving up, GSW crushed them with the second chance opportunities and then they got a road whistle in the 4th which is to be expected.
Amazing how many guys go cold against GS's tuned in defense.

Is Lillard an annual MVP candidate?

The Will Cain show the other day was talking about a way to eliminate tanking, either by front offices (Knicks) or player/GMs (LeBron).
The teams that don't make the playoffs have a post season mini-tournment. Single elimination. Draft order in order of finish in the tournament. (Have better records be tie breakers in each group of losers, I would guess). Thought it was interesting. Would have to have $$ for players in each round.

I like the idea of just having a full league lottery. Equal chance for all. No incentive to lose.

I think I'd rate Morant higher as well, but it's reasonably close I think. It could end up going either way. And if the Knicks really are going to land Durant/Kyrie; well you don't need a PG as much
IDK why any GM would want Kyrie. Seems like a total head case.

I like full lottery.

I also propose that lottery odds are earned in halves of the season. First half, they're set by how bad the record is. Second half, they're set by how good the record is. That way if you're actually bad, you have some shot at improving through the draft, but you're also encouraged to compete throughout the season.
