NBA Offseason: Draft + FA + Trades

Noah gets 4 for 72 and Jefferson only gets 3 for 30? Is that right? LOL. Completely different players, but how "low post scoring means nothing" can the league get?
 
cap is going through the roof next year and all the Knicks will have under contract is Melo, KP and Noah.

don't be surprised if you see a lot of 1 year option-outs though.

the Knicks could conceivably win the title next year with 3 returning players...and then the year after they win...have 4 return.

will make the 97 Marlins look like the 98-00 Yanks.

Is Lebron James signing with the NYK and we don't know.

This current Knick team isn't even a playoff team in the East.

Wow, I like Conley, Id rather have him on the Knicks than Rose, but 153 mil is absurd.
 
I'm starting to get a bit more interested in this whole DWade non-sense. Miami reportedly is offering him $10 million right now, which is obviously an insult. Without completely stripping the team down (meaning, without trading Bosh or Dragic), the most they can offer Wade is around $18-20 million (still have to move McRoberts to get to this number though).

He now supposedly has at least two teams, Chicago and Denver, offering him $20+ million per year for at least 2 years. Dallas and Milwaukee are reportedly lurking as well. In Milwaukee's case, they'd have to trade Monroe and or MCW to get him (just Monroe would allow them to offer Wade about $23 mil; Monroe and MCW would allow them to offer around $26 mil).

Miami needs to give up on Durant and just give Wade County his money. The Knicks and Bucks are the teams Wade is using for leverage.

Techincally, Miami can't give Wade his money right now. And neither can the Knicks or Bucks. None of them have the cap space at the moment.

Edit: Where are you seeing Horford signed? I don't see it.

Which is absurd when you consider all of the hits that Gronk takes, and how much he means to his team, and Delladova doesn't do jack, hes a 38 mil dollar cheerleader.
 
Ok, back when Oden and Conley entered the NBA, if someone told you one of those players would sign he biggest contract in NBA history, would anybody have believed it would have been Conley?
