NBA playoffs: greatest show on Earth

Always liked Alec Burks. He’s had some tough setbacks with injuries that slowed his progression. Glad to see him play well last night.

I think they’ve got a legit shot. Rockets would have to be the favorite, but Utah is tough.

After the performance last night, not gonna fight you too hard on that.
 
If Utah wins game 3 Houston will fold. No way you can count on a team in the playoffs that have Harden and Paul. They are first class chokers this time of year.

The one thing I saw from Gobert that bothers me a bit is he is just not aware of where his guy was when he goes over to help on Harden. All he would really have to do is keep an arm up from stomach to shoulder level in the passing lane to where his big guy was, and he'd cut half those dump off passes down. He also needs to make the decision to move forward and try to block the alley oop passes that have been flying over his head.

I’ll have to see it again. I thought it was amazing footwork and play to even get the shot off. But, yeah, maybe he walked.
 
While taunting has gotten out of control this is a joke.
These security guards are jokes and should be embarrassed.

Actually, hard to say now that I watched it again. He definitely dragged one foot, but they always let that go.

Completely disagree. That guy was an ass and lied to the security guys. The video shows he was right on that barrier, not back like he claims later in the vid.

You want to taunt a guy, like all the players, be prepared for when he comes at you. And don't go crying like a biotch about it.

He said nothing vulgar. If you can’t say that then the arena should be quiet.

He was at the rail and said a factual statement IMO. Harden is the worst flopper or at worst one of them.

He was assaulted and the guards yell at him. If he said something that crossed the line fine. He was in an area that wasn’t bad. Harden being a baby slapped his phone. Guards intimidate him. What a joke those guys are. At Syracuse we had a kid who would talk trash during warmups. He was allowed to trash everyone except PC kid Donny McGrath who was involved in a sexual assault affair. He was off limits.
This incident is nothing like the Westbrook one.
Guard said he had no business? What a joke it was pregame and was in the general area of his seat. He can go to rail and say that.

"Hey! Hey, Harden! The only person I've ever seen spend more time on their back is your mom!"

Dude was trying to get a reaction. He got one then started to whine like a baby. He did exactly what he was trying to do. Which is, when you think about it, Harden's actual game plan. Make guys react and then act like he'd been assaulted. I can't believe you actually said that though. His phone got bopped a little bit. Harden didn't punch him in the face or anything.

An assault is harmful or offensive contact. It’s not a big deal but he was assaulted.
Harden shouldn’t have swiped his phone but it’s not a big deal. The guards were the joke.
 
Woj is reporting Fizdale to the Knicks.

I like Fizdale. Tough to succeed under Dolan, but I’d say he has as good of a chance as any that are out there.

That guy was a lame, unfunny, whiny biotch. Wasn’t creative or funny with his insult, just boring. And had his camera up, which ruined any chance of a cool moment for him. If he wasn’t holding the phone up, perhaps Harden responds verbally or even plays along. Instead, since he was being a douche about it he got his phone swatted. Good.

Then he whines and bellyaches over it, going on and on.

Harden’s swipe was worse than the guys insult and recording it. And the guy whining about it afterwards was far worse than Harden’s swipe.

That guard is a joke.
The kid was whiny but the rent-a-cop was wrong.
The kid did nothing wrong. He didn’t behave inappropriately. He was a douche but if I was with that kid those guards would have thrown us out.
Nothing the kid said was grounds for Harden to swipe the phone.
 
LeBron is going to sweep Toronto again. He should collect rent with how much he owns them.
