Boston isn’t going to trade him to Indiana until they know what they are doing in other deals.
Robert Williams/Gordon Hayward for Myles Turner/Doug McDermott is unofficially official within Boston media.

Hayward is threatening to opt out and go to Atlanta so he doesn’t get dealt to a team he doesn’t want.
He wants to go to Indiana.

I think Hayward is overplaying his hand. If I was Indy I would not give up much, in fact Boston should have to sweeten the pot more.

I'm not even sure about the floor to be honest. There's a pretty good chance his defense always outweighs his offense. So maybe his floor is a guy that's playable but hurts your team when he's playing. Not sure that's all that great of a floor though I know some of these prospects are indeed worse than that.

Yeah, I'm excited because it's always weirdly entertaining, although since it will all be done remote we'll miss out on the fun extra things like which player has the best looking "date," which player has an unusually attractive mom, which player came in with high hopes and sits for a really long time, how players handle wearing the hat of a team they know they won't play for because they were traded, which players make an attempt at cutting edge fashion and whiff to an incredible degree, the commentators finding new ways to describe players that at best wander into double entendre and at worst are overt dick jokes, which player(s) end up executing an excessively long genitals to genitals hug with Silver when their pick is announced...

I consider it one of the few remaining must-see TV events. Hopefully in the absence of the live weirdness there are some clever remote surprises cooked up.

Not enough 4s and 5s on the roster. Trying to get 10 of them so that Thibs can then play Taj Gibson 38 mins a night.

I just want Aaron Naismith or Cole Anthony at 14.

Those 2 guys have the best chance to help the Celtics roster next year.

Yeah, unfortunately I think Okoro is the best wing in the draft but he pretty much can't be the Knicks pick because of the spacing issues you already have.

If we trade up (Lonzo Ball prob a pipe dream) or if we can trade up just a few spots to like 5 (Tyrese Haliburton)
If we trade down (Cole Anthony)
If we stay at 8 (I have no idea I don't like Hayes, Okoro, Williams, or Vassell) none of those guys excite me.
Those are the only scenarios and guys we come away with tonight I will be happy.
