What a classic. That's how the national championship game should be- plenty of great plays and heroes on both sides and an incredible ending.

I reminded me of the 80's, when college basketball became what it is today:

1982: Jordan's shot and Freddie Brown's pass to James Worthy.

1983 Derrick Whittenberg's errant shot and Lorenzo Charles dunk.

1985 Gary McClain dribbling away the final seconds.

1987 Keith Smart's shot.

1988 Danny and Miracles hold on.

\1989 Michigan beats Seton Hall in overtime.

It seemed like it was rule that everything would be on the line on the last possession.
