That's what they did in the NBA. A lot of things used to get looked at in the last two minutes automatically (like OB) - when they brought in the challenge rule they got rid of that automatic check. The call is the call, unless there is a challenge.

I would have one challenge in the first 38, plus one additional challenge in the last 2 minutes.
And end it there.

The pass hit the NC St pinky but the Oakland guy still had control and completed the pass after the pinky touch so it was off him.
