On the Hunter drive. Looked like a clean block by Owens. May not have been Stephens who called it.

Tired of watching Jerome hook, hold and hack,

Right after I posted he called a push on UVA underneath their defensive hoop - thus blowing my theory.

He was on the wing for the Hunter drive you mention.

Jerome using his off hand to ward off the defender 2-3 times before dishing to Hunter for the 3

THEY BROKE 50! Seriously, anyone watching the first 7 minutes was in doubt.

I feel a need for an orange coke.

He doesn't like defense
Maybe we're talking about different things?
I was referring to the bit about how the teams shouldn't be waiting until there's no time left on the clock to try to get a shot. Because then the clock is essentially acting as a sixth defender. 'I know it may be their scheme or whatever, but they have to take shots when they're open' or somesuch.

Boycott orange Vanilla Coke.

Seriously. The obnoxious repetitive mentions throughout this tourney have made feel almost as strongly about it as most did regarding South Africa during apartheid.

I was talking about how he said the game was ugly

I didn't realize but Ralph Sampson actually put up some pretty good stats in the NBA - he just couldn't stay healthy. But when he played, he was really good for the first 7 years of his career.

Watching Virginia rebound makes me want to cry. It’s such a stark contrast to us.
