Purdue over Kansas for the title.

I think it will be two ACC teams, Houston and one wild card. Houston or Duke wins the title.

He lied to NCAA investigators about it. That’s what ultimately did him in. He was just big enough to punish, but not big enough to look the other way.

Houston didn't play a particularly tough schedule... it was actually a pretty barren conference schedule... and lost their only 4 Q1 games before the AAC final. The 4 seed was appropriate even though Efficiency Systems though they were much better

But unlike other mid schools who have struggled with the "schedule jump" in the NCAA tourney, Houston has thrived in the tournament the last 3 years. Have to think the ability to succeed has a lot to do with their playing style.

If only Rutty held on against them we would have made the Final Four last year. Rutty had them beat in the round of 32.

Villanova hasn't played well against top teams this year. UCLA, Baylor, and Purdue handled them. They've held serve against 2 so so Big Ten schools. Their next 2 games could be Houston and Providence that is a pretty easy road to the title game.

i find it a little humorous that when you look at the game matchups they list both teams as 2-0. DUH !

Yet the selection committee gave them the fifth seed. They are consistently good in the past five years. I think they deserve 2nd or 3rd seed this year.

It is interesting that generally when one day of the tournament sees a ton of upsets, the next day chalk usually prevails.
