Eh, when I was looking to see if Michigan had beat anyone decent since Levert went out, the only they beat was Purdue. I should have known then Purdue was doomed.

How much are the 5-12 upsets psychological? Obviously a 5 seed has some weaknesses that it winds up as a 5, but I think people talk so much about the 5-12 games as ripe for upsets that it's almost become a self-fulfilling prophecy now. The 5s invariably come to the games tight and the 12s loose and confident. I'm not sure that kind of dynamic exists in any other first round game.
