I think this is a great hire. Griff and AA are friends Gmac has in griff a potential mentor. By all accounts he is a solid teacher and recruiter. Solid job by JB.

It's my hope that AA and Griff hit the recruiting trail together as often as possible. I think with the rapport, history and friendship that they have they could really play off each other well. Kids love to see that coaches are in sync and that the program is a family oriented environment.

I have no idea why but I read this and can't stop thinking about that scene from Tommy Boy were they're doing a sales pitch and Farley ends up setting the guys toy car on fire.
