A few of you share my interest in moody synth pop. If you have not listened to the latest from New Order, you are in for a treat.
 
Somewhat spotty, but I like that some tracks sound like a return to their glory years. I thought Peter's departure would have been fatal. Bernie is still Bernie.

I saw New Order in 1987 at Darien Lakes (they played with Echo and the Bunnymen and Gene Loves Jezebel).

That's a great bill! I wish I could have seen that. I did get to see Duran Duran with Erasure that year at SPAC.

Yeah, but which version? Some swear by the single/alternate ones, but I heard the Brotherhood version first, so I go with that.

Yeah, that's the one I'd go with. The Stephen Haque remix from 1994 is also good; the bass guitar is more prominent.
 
first time i heard it was soundtrack "married to the mob". great tune .great soundtrack
