Given their schedule VA Tech could win out. We are their hardest game left IMO.

We also could go on a run if we win this game. Win or lose we should beat BC. IMO Louisville is a good matchup for us (Liberty lite) and we have 2 weeks to prep (although last year we did as well). If we are going to make a Bowl we likely need to win these next three. NC State and Pitt are looking too good. We can beat them but it would be upsets for sure. Especially if we don't have momentum from these next three games.

I think we are a better team than VA Tech. It is a road game but if we take care of business (TOs/STs), I think we should win. But then again we have DIno's decision making to overcome.

This game might define Dino's future here. If we lose we likely don't make a Bowl this year. Next year with a harder schedule, a decent HC might not get 6 Ws. So Dino really needs this game.

I think Fuentes is safe as long as he makes a Bowl. They were fine in 2019. I think it will take more than 2020 and 2021 for them to move on. Their next 4 games after us are vs the bottom of the ACC. He has been a disappointment for sure but he has yet to be under .500 in conference. If he goes 4-4 this year they make a Bowl. I think that buys him one more year.

Tampa 2 them and force them to try and drive. No explosion plays and make the QB try to drive.

Pitt shut down VPI because VPI couldn’t sustain drives.

The Coastal is pretty bad this year. The Atlantic is not much better but you still have Wake, NC State, and Clemson. And there is no one as bad as Duke or Miami. We really need a change. Hopefully JW is pushing it.

Syracuse, BC, Louisville are solid.
Florida State is underachieving.

If Pitt beat Western Michigan they are top 15.
Pitt if they beat Clemson this week should go 11-1 and be legit in the ACC Championship game.
North Carolina and Miami have been dumpster fires.
Ga. Tech and Virginia are like SU/UL/BC.
Duke is the worst team in the ACC.

Actually, it’s very easy to say. They are 3-3 with two wins coming against Richmond and Middle Tennessee st. They struggle to score points. That is not the sign of a good team.

Reasonable minds can disagree but the bottom line is if we believe SU is a bowl team this needs to be a win.
