My nominees:
Worst: Matt Millen
Best: Ozzie Newsome

Buddy Nix...Tom Donahoe...Marv Levy...take your pick...ugh...

Best...Bill Polian

Not a traditional GM, but 3 Super Bowl wins, 5 Super Bowl appearances, 7 AFC Championship game appearances, 11 division titles, in 13 years? In the free agency era?

In Bill We Trust.

Best: Mora

Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst: Ireland.

He found Cam Wake in Canada, he is far from the worst. Not great but not the worst

I'm still bitter on what little we got for Brandon Marshall and the fact that we let go of Dansby.

-Dansby confessed this year when he was in Miami he played 30lbs overweight the entire time. When he was cut he said it was a reality check for him. They had to cut him. He was fat and lazy in Miami

-Marshall got arrested in Miami one too many times and yelled at too many assistants and faught with too many teammates (including punching one). The fact NO OTHER TEAM would offer Miami more than what they got tells you what the league thinks of him. Marshall is a clown and they were lucky to get two 3rd's for him. The guy is a cancer. How many playoff appearances has he had in Chicago? Yep: ZERO!

Kevin Colbert from the Steelers.

Basically just look at the franchises that are perennial playoff teams.

Worst GM is pretty much anything in Oakland. Gene Smith from the Jaguars was pretty bad (Gabbert, Blackmon, drafted punter in 3rd) but he got fired last year and the new GM David Caldwell has actually done some nice things for them.

Marshall is one of the best wr's in the league. Since he addressed his mental health issues he's had 0 incidents. Even so, during his career has been just about the most consistent receiver. His numbers back that. He can come back to Denver anytime. Putting playoff appearances on him is a bit harsh.

Polian was the best (actually george young was the best during his time)

Millen amd jerr-ah are the worst snd its not even close

To his defense,. he has admitted mental issues and has vastly improved his standing in the league... also he's had Chad Henne and Jay Cutler as QBs after the Broncos. hahaha

Well shame on Jeff Ireland for not giving a reality check to Dansby before he let him go. The guy was a locker room leader and now that he's in shape he really is a defensive MVP candidate.

I love Coach Philbin but sometimes I feel he doesn't command the respect that some other coaches do.

Snyder's trying to creep up there now in the worst category. Just reported that RG3 will have input on who the coach of the Redskins is.
