Gettleman would draft a hog molly.
and unvalue that #1 pick in a trade so badly it would make Bill O'Brien blush.

Jets will beat New England at home or Miami at home in the coming weeks.
It’s not shtick the Patriots starting WRs are Jacobi Myers and Demetri Byrd.So the Jets' offense. Your Lou Holtz schtick is getting stale.
Alsacs is trying out the reverse jynx, but when you play the jets you don't need it, the jynx has been there since 1969.So the Jets' offense. Your Lou Holtz schtick is getting stale.
Whatever. Last time I'm saying this. When your complaining about watching Trevor Lawrence light it up with the cross town Jets for the next decade plus. I'm going to say I told u so. We could have prevented it by just tanking.

Brett Rypien put up up 37 points on the Jets. It’s not a reverse jinx.
The Patriots are better than the Jets that isn’t a question but the Patriots aren’t good and aren’t a lock to beat the Jets.
The Patriots don’t have a passing game.
If the Pats had Gallup, Lamb and Cooper as their top 3 WRs they are a playoff contender. They have no weapons for the passing game because Harry sucks and Edelman is hurt.
I am a realist.
doesn't matter if the giants traded away any piece that other teams want like last year's Dolphins, they are not finishing below the Jets. Even if the Giants did that there's no guarantee of worst record, because while front offices may tank whatever players and coaches are out there won't.
Noah Fant, Jerry Jeudy, Hamler from Penn State are weapons.Brett Rypien put up up 37 points on the Jets.
He is their best WR which is sad.Pats trade for Isaiah Ford
It is sad. But let me say, he has upside. I loved that pick from Tech.He is their best WR which is sad.
They probably overpaid for him since it’s an intra-division trade.
Hmm interesting so your saying the 76ers players and coaches didnt tank during the trust process years ? Answer me this what did winning last year against washington gain us ? I'll wait. We lost a generational pass rusher in Chase Young.

This is a good compromise.Interesting development shared by Peter King on Twitter last night...
At the virtual NFL meeting Tues, owners are likely to vote on a measure to address the paucity of non-interim minority coaches (currently 4) and GMs (2). New proposal would reward a team for developing a minority head coach or GM, but would not reward a team that hires one. Per the resolution, the team losing the coach or GM would get third-round Compensatory Picks in next 2 drafts, if the coach or GM had been with the original team for at least 2 years.
For example: Texans hire KC offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, who is Black, as head coach in early ‘21. KC would get third-round Compensatory Picks in next 2 drafts. Compensatory Picks would come at end of third round. So, in the KC case, losing Bieniemy would net them somewhere around the 100th pick in next two drafts.
Only problem with the rule, as I see it, is it adds no motivation for the hiring team to pick a Black coach. I guess it could motivate teams to put minority assistants/scouts in big positions, to lure teams to look at them. We'll see. Measure has a good chance to pass.
Agreed. Just doesn't incentivize teams from making those hires. Using EB as an example, will teams look at the Chiefs who may win back-to-back Super Bowls want to give them two 3rd round picks by hiring EB? Maybe an NFC team would be more likely. Either way, this compromise is better than where they have been. This is a good compromise.

I didn't think there was any compensation when hiring up.Agreed. Just doesn't incentivize teams from making those hires. Jamal Adams is very overrrated.
Not worth 2 first round picks.
Bills abused him in pass coverage there.
The guy is a LB playing safety.
His bark is much bigger than his bite. Talked a whole lot of trash about Allen when he played for the Jets.
And yes, he's essentially a small, blitzing LBer who's a massive liability in pass coverage
That’s a great comparisonThe Patrick Beverly of the NFL. Overly pressed one dimensional little role player.
