NFL Thread - 2020

Watching Bills/Pats and am struck by how quickly NFL refs blow the whistle when forward progress appears stopped.

Especially compared to the crew that reffed yesterday’s WF game.
I want to lose this game but the Bills DC clearly doesn’t watch Patriots game film.

Baker can't play the Bengals every week.

Two measly FGs against the mighty Raiders defense.
Wind was insane in that game. Baker wasn’t good though.
Raiders had two long drives which really shortened the game.
Browns though seem like the team that will finish 8th in the AFC.

Weak armed QBs do not fare well in windy & cold weather. Unless the franchise is moving, Cleveland maybe should have thought about that.

Sad thing is, I actually want Cleveland to get over that hump, but they have so many unlikeable, scummy players - Baker, OBJ, Landry, Hunt, Garrett, etc.

Steelers got a little road cookin from the refs on that last play.

Looked a little like PI in the end zone.

Lamar should work on his 2 minute drill, he made some brain dead decisions.

Nothing against Jones but I'm not buying he's anywhere close to as fast as hill or Metcalf.

that difference over 75 yards isn’t nothing

I love how Tony Romo didn’t want to say Harbaugh was telling Jackson to use his head in that last drive.

Jackson had some questionable decisions that last drive.

Steelers got away with contact but I don’t want a call there it wasn’t obvious.

Steelers and Chiefs now have some separation from the rest of the conference.
Titans-Colts looks like a race.

watching him throw in a must-throw situation is not pleasant

I thought that Fitzpatrick played the ball there

Do you think it was that, or Harbaugh calling for a head shot on the last play from scrimmage?

Vikings and Falcons win this week and the Patriots lose.

Now we need the Cowboys to beat the Eagles and Broncos to beat the Chargers top 5 pick range.

Knowing Harbaugh you could be right but that wasn’t helmet to helmet so I don’t know why he would complain about it.

Yikes glad this guy got paid this week.

Baltimore is going to pound NE next week which is good for me. They destroy bad teams and lose big games.

Honestly didn't see it that way. Looked like both guys were going for the football.

Yeah, I wouldn’t have liked a game like that to hinge on that kind of call either but it was close enough to warrant a flag.

No chance DiNucci beats the Iggs tonight so NE will likely be selecting after Dallas.

And I think that’s why they didn’t call it.

I also think Harbaugh was looking for a helmet shot on that drive.

You would think the Eagles should win tonight but they have plenty of issues themselves. That 10+ spread seems kinda crazy high to me.

Nothing in the NFC East would surprise me.

But it would harken back to Philly of yesteryear if they gag tonight.

You guys can be caught.
Dalton is coming back next week.
Boys have games at NYG and WSH at home.

How much longer does Denver stick with Elway drafting qbs. That Denver offense, yikes.

Lol, is Andy Dalton a 6’6 330llbs DT?

Because QB play hasn’t made much difference given the Dallas defense.

Did you see what the Skins DLine did to Dallas?

Have you seen how many points the Cowboy defense yields per game?

And you think a Belichick coached defense with better line talent is less likely to win a game than Mike Nolan’s juggernaut with no DL talent?!?

C’MON MAN!!!

Edit - that gray’d out Texan logo is pretty funny. BOB wrecked that franchise.
