Next year is going to be the first time legitimate play action will be a weapon for Eli since Lord knows when. All these guys have a shelf life that's short, play to win.

Certainly helps to have a guy that keeps defenses honest. The Giants didn't have a run game in ages, they need to get back to that. Gilbride aired it out more than McAdoo.

Brady had a crap OL last year and was MVP.
Rodgers has had crap OLs.
Same for Brees, Phil Rivers.

The only difference between Rivers and Eli is one plays for a smart organization and the other a clown one.
Phil doesn’t get the pass you want to give Eli. Rivers has been a top half QB the whole time with a crap OL and stupid coaching.
Eli has had 2 out of the world postseason runs which catapults up historically but overall he is a guy whose best attribute is staying healthy. He has stats but he has never been all-pro or close to MVP.
