It’s because the division winners play and it’s weird quirk.
Like the Pats played at Denver 3 years in a row.
The next time after this one the Pats-Steelers play will be when their divisions matchup and then Pitt will be at NE.

They said up front that those were all independent efforts, they didn't attempt to reconcile the whole schedule.

I thought it was interesting that opponents writers had Jax at 13-3, 5-1 and the Jax writer predicted 11-5, 3-3.

Happens every year, Giants play on every network early.

They will be flexed to that Saturday before Christmas too.

Northeast baseball is going to impact the ratings again, so the strategy to fight the sux and Yanks...is to do it with the pats and Giants. Hell, even the jets got a night game in September.

Brady had a crap OL last year and was MVP.
Rodgers has had crap OLs.
Same for Brees, Phil Rivers.

The only difference between Rivers and Eli is one plays for a smart organization and the other a clown one.
Phil doesn’t get the pass you want to give Eli. Rivers has been a top half QB the whole time with a crap OL and stupid coaching.
Eli has had 2 out of the world postseason runs which catapults up historically but overall he is a guy whose best attribute is staying healthy. He has stats but he has never been all-pro or close to MVP.

Eli’s not on rodgers/brady’s/Brees’ level. They’re top 15 all time quarterbacks.

However, the past 5 years Eli’s taken a large large portion of the blame for the giants failures, despite the lack of run options and his receivers being hurt/headcases/or butterfingered.

Ive never seen a qb collect more interceptions off tipped balls

Eli hasn't been an above average since 2014. In his seasons since his average yards per attempt is consistently below average as is his completion percentage. His performance has become considerably worse each of the last 3 seasons. I can't believe the Giants aren't ready to develop his replacement.
