North Carolina Game Thread...

Why is it a needed wake up call? Two weeks ago they needed OT to beat UNC and then struggled vs Binghamton. That wasn't enough of a wake up call? They haven't cruised through the season, they've played 10 or so 1 goal games.

Because they've gotten away with playing with fire all season...at some point you start thinking you'll always find a way to pull games out. Pretty much any coach I've ever had has said guys are more receptive to hearing what they need to do better after a loss than after a win in which they underperformed.
So the short version is that wins are almost never much of a wake up call...even when they should be.
