Every team is dealing with the money though. Houston plays hard. Iowa State plays hard. Arizona plays hard. UCONN plays hard. I could go on and on.
For me, the money isn't the issue, everyone is paying kids. It's our CULTURE. Red is in charge of the culture and I think he's done a horrific job creating and installing a culture from day 1. Case in point, kids not listening last game. They're either not 100% bought in OR don't understand what the culture is.
I would wager that if you asked 10 guys on the team what are Syracuse Basketball's core values and what is the Orange Standard. I think you'd get 10 different answers. That's a MASSIVE issue.
