I actually our gameplan was sound for most of the game just that whole lets run on it on last drive were we had no timeouts and run sweeps like they were working all day

I thought the same. His miss may have been good from 53 if it was straight. I'd rather have missed the fg than what transpired, did anyone really think we'd make a 4th an 8 ?

Not only did we have to make the 4th and 8, we also would've then needed Norton to hit a 45 yarder, assuming we didn't gain any more yards. That first down alone didn't guarantee a win. So the chances of getting the 4th and 8, which is probably about 10% given we were only about 30% on 3rd down, combined with the chance Norton hits a 45 yarder, is statistically much less than the chance of him hitting just a 53 yarder.

There's one person to blame for this offense and that is Doug Marrone. He couldn't recruit anything on the offensive side of the ball.

The QB coach scared the hell out of me at the spring game.

gmc scared the crap out of me v ped st.

Hunt just terrifies me.

This season is about 1 thing, getting bowl Fn eligible...and putting it behind us.

My opinion is the talent is soooooo bad, that the staff is working a miracle to have the last game of the reg season mean something.

And therefore I won't bash them.

If players make the plays they should have made we would have had 3 passing touchdowns this game. This loss was on mistakes by the players, no excuse for another missed extra point, and another chip shot for a field goal. Both those passes would have been caught by either Lemon or Sales, that's on the guys who didn't make the catch.

Back to the missed fg, it was right in front of me. it was a bad snap, and an amazing job by loeb to get the ball up in time to be kicked, but im not sure how the hold looked (ie laces, angle of the ball). im sure the bad snap changed the tiing, this was not all on norton for the miss

Seems like something you would talk about at half time like "hey we missed an XP if we get a touchdown to go up 5 we are going for two and this is the play we will run. Line up and run it before they get their D set."

The quoting was all screwed up for some reason. And yep...we agree completely. If this team makes a bowl, as I have said all season, people should do freaking cartwheels.
