No according tonACCN we need to be UVA then the Lakers to be last one in.
thats what im talking about! Finally some sense!!
We. Going get u a seat on the committeeOur last 3 wins are pretty impressive
NC State has won 5 of their last 6 with their only loss coming to Syracuse
Clemson has won 6 of their last 7 with their only loss coming to Syracuse (favored to win again today)
Carolina has won 3 of their last 4 with their only loss coming to Syracuse (favored to win again today)
.....is that with or without a mouthful of water????the human head weighs 8 pounds
Do you think a 1 seed is still on the table if we win the ACCT?
Team | NCAA Bid% |
---|---|
Colorado St | 54.3% |
Drake | 43.8% |
Wichita St | 62.0% |
Syracuse | 61.3% |
VA Tech | 63.8% |
...as they said 88%, not 100%!!!What's wrong with this picture -- Joey DBag has us still out, and he is an employee of ESPN.
yup its pretty pathetic cause i looked up the resumes of utah st and st louis and to me its not really comparable at all!!He is such a SU hater. He will never change his mind.
It is that last 1% kill you or crash you....as they said 88%, not 100%!!!
Wasn't VaTech slotted like a 6 seed on some brackets?I think we are a 4 seed if we beat UVA, Clemson/GT and FSU - tall task but we have a 15% or so of doing it
Bracketology gave us a 61% chance PRIOR to this stellar performance

I believe they have us near 90% now of getting in - I'm assuming the committee is watching some of these games - were are not winning on a last second shot - we are kicking ass against teams playing well
I’ll get vaccinated at is rate...as they said 88%, not 100%!!!
Unc last year and Virginia this year are a little different but yeahHope they go after UVA like they did to UNC last year in the ACCT. Set things right.
the quad system is wacky...never liked it. Hopefully they can indeed see the forest for the trees...especially this year.here is how freaking stupid the Quad system is:
home wins over Clemson, NC and Va Tech are all Quad 2
If we had gone on the road and beaten 13-10 Bowling Green, that is also a Quad 2 win
the committee has to look at the actual wins in each quad, we have some very nice wins that are designated as Q2.
I'm sure I'm the only person in America who feels this way but I actually miss the RPI for some reason. I liked following the fluctuation of it after wins and losses.the quad system is wacky...never liked it. Hopefully they can indeed see the forest for the trees...especially this year.
i much prefer rpi...so theres at least 2 of us. gotta be more.I'm sure I'm the only person in America who feels this way but I actually miss the RPI for some reason. I liked following the fluctuation of it after wins and losses.
Watch this be one of those wacky seed years where on Selection Sunday we are announced as a 6 or 7 seed, and a conference like the Big Ten or 12 whom everyone valued highly during the season gets stuck with a bunch of lower seedsThis is probably a better place for this.
My 2 cents? And I am probably very wrong.
They are in the play in 12 seed as we speak. I think a competitive loss to UVA keeps them there.
A blowout loss to UVA will knock them BACK out.
A win overt UVA moves them to the 10 seed.
Two more wins I think gets them to an 8/9 game.
I think the ceiling with tourney march and tourney win would be a 7 or so. I dont think we could get any higher than that due to some of the negatives on the resume that won't go away even with 3 more wins.
I don't see this iteration Hoo's team as that strong, they are very good and balanced, but they have stumbled a bit. They just jumped the Orange when they were at their weakest, time for payback.Unc last year and Virginia this year are a little different but yeah
