Maybe I'm wrong, but Carney playing today is game 4 for him, right? So now he can't play against BC? Do I have that right?

They might try to sell him on some possibility of getting a redshirt for this season because he had a one play appearance against an FCS opponent due to a player losing a helmet on a blowout.

But yeah, either he preserves the redshirt by not playing against BC, WHICH IS A CODDAM WASTE, or he plays against BC and tries for some kind of waiver later on.

Either way, one of the themes of this season is that their use of Carney makes absolutely zero sense.
