No. The guy that was the NCAA interception leader doesn't have it. The guy that in one game had like a 20% completion percentage in his first start and has two pick 6es in the first quarter of another game doesn't have it.

The worst Carney has are some drives that went three and out.

He is 13/24 for 68 yards today. Less than 3 yards per attempt. With two pick sixes and another INT. In a game where ND has taken out a ton of starters.

The only other game he started he was 4/18 39 yards.

He is a walk on, from New York state (not some hotbed of football), that is here for another sport that was fifth on the depth chart.

A walk on that is fifth on the depth chart should never see the field barring something catastrophic happening. Not the starter getting injured.

It would almost be impossible for Carney to be worse. Filardi has no business on the field. I know we have plenty of issues at other positions and some coaching, but Filardi should never see a snap for Syracuse University if we were a properly run program.
