They typically don't do that but I guess they could surprise. As of right now, Michigan State and Wisconsin would likely the protected seeds in Milwaukee. FYI, Lunardi has OSU and SU shuffling off to Buffalo and MSU and Wiscy in Milwaukee in his latest projection.despite being closer wouldn't Milwaukee or St Louis be more B1G country?

The Nova game is going to be huge in helping to determine SU's placement in the tourney. UConn and even Pitt could still also contend with SU and OSU here...this is the only chance SU has to prove superiority head to head against a fellow contender.
