Agreed I got more of that then I did 8 years of Dino pressersVery impressive press conference. Was very candid and well spoken.
It was quite refreshing,Very impressive press conference. Was very candid and well spoken.
Exactly. Even if he didn't intend it, that is a comment on what needs fixing that didn't get fixed under Babers. His "I came from Michigan so I've seen how a top program runs" was also a dig, intentional or not.Villari mentioned culture issues! Ohana?
That tackle by Barron out of bounds should have been him sitting on the bench.Exactly. Even if he didn't intend it, that is a comment on what needs fixing that didn't get fixed under Babers. His "I came from Michigan so I've seen how a top program runs" was also a dig, intentional or not.
Shrader also said Babers was the best coach he ever had and he played under Mike Leach who’s probably a hall of famer and Joe Moorehead is also a solid coach.Exactly. Comes from a long line of coaches too. Impressive family.Impressive press conference by Nunzio. Open and honest, supporting his staff and players. Don’t know if we’ll keep him in any capacity, but doesn’t seem like a guy who has to worry about staying unemployed.

I don’t read too much into either of their statements. Players had a thank you Babers sign postgame and tweeted nice things too.
Time to move on. I’ve posted here about trashing a guy in the way out before and it’s starting to come off like bitter exes from some (not the poster I’m replying to).
Time to move on. I met Babers a few times, big fan. But now it’s time for a new coach and I don’t really have an interest in trying to find flaws in a guy we already fired.
Yeah that's weird.Dan also said, "whatever team I'm on"
How is he not a head coach?
Me too.Dino hasn’t said anything but I checked out his “likes” on Twitter and he is paying attention and rooting for his guys. Looking at his Twitter, I actually felt a little sad.
It was a striking commentExactly. Even if he didn't intend it, that is a comment on what needs fixing that didn't get fixed under Babers. His "I came from Michigan so I've seen how a top program runs" was also a dig, intentional or not.
