New York Senate Bill S4153A requires retail establishments and food stores to accept cash payments for in-person transactions and prohibits charging cash customers more than other payment methods.

According to this, it's hard to say. Seems as if sporting venues will need to accept cash. I guess MSG forgot to send their lobbyists.
