Not much O in the first half but we played some D today.
With Buddy being doubled when he had the ball, his output was obviously down but his 5 assists contributed points by Girard, Swider and Edwards who were there to take in his passes. Of the goals he did make two were layups with no room but with some maneuvering he got them.
Both Swider and Edwards had double doubles and we held FSU to .133% from the 3, (4-30).
The starting five contributed 33 rebounds 9 offensive and 24 defensive and all were involved.
What can you say about JGIII? IMO he’s getting more comfortable as we play on and more aggressive with his 3 ball as we saw today. Sometimes the ball looks like it’s on a rope to the basket.
