Official 2018 New York Football GIANTS Drive for 5 Thread

First thing that popped into my mind. Last season.

Right. Wasn’t that 60+ as well?

What the hell. Thought we outplayed them overall. The special teams botch TD and Collins “penalty” will stand out as costing us.

Collins penalty cost then the game. Between the Igs last year and this 2 kicks that went 130 yards

Yes. On everything.

The positive...we finally played a game that wasn’t friggin boring and made some big plays for once.

Total nutkick of a loss, but I almost prefer that to the boring exercises in frustration that were our first 3 losses.

Hope Barkley is ok, because we’ve got a stupid game in 4 days. SMH.

I love Thursday night games... but not when the Giants have to play on short turnaround.

It should be scheduled around a bye week. Give an off week, then a Thursday game. The short turnaround is dumb.

Also, can someone convince me that all Barkley did was roll an ankle? Please?

He scared me when he jumped the pile on his TD last week.

The leaps are insanely spectacular and they produced TD’s but in the name of self-preservation...maybe he needs to stay on the ground?

My wife said it best yesterday, “football breaks your heart every weekend and you keep coming for more pain... would we still be married if I let you down EVERY weekend?”

If she wasn’t 8 mos preggo, she might not’ve Liked the answer...

When I see that type of land & plant, I always get nervous about fractures & breaks... didn’t think it was an ankle. He was moving around pretty well later on though, should be good.

I think everyone has figured that out except the NFL. It's all about player safety :)

Yeah, tread lightly.

I was worried about his knee. Hope it’s nothing.

With the right OL and offense, he looks like the type of back who could run for 1,300 and get 1,000 receiving. Marshall Faulk type numbers.

2 years from now.

Exactly who I thought of today when I watched him.

At least the Eagles are having a disappointing season. That’s all I got.

Eli had a hell of a game, bringing them back from 17-3 and then 27-16 to take the lead and walk off th field. All with the specials giving them 10 points with a foolish TD and the idiot kicker, kicking it out of bounds on the kickoff...and the referees with $$ on the panthers.

Everyone in the toughest division in football will lose today.

Building block game, Giants win on Thursday.

Refs killed us . roughing passer and he Met to helmet on Collins. Disgraceful.

Sign Kaepernick. ESPN’s Giants fan is saying that.
