Utah, is obviously heavily LDS, not sure if Tapuvae is but it would make sense as Bronco is LDS. They tend to stick together. Be curious to see if he visits Utah St, BYU, Hawaii, Boise St or any of the other schools with a heavy LDS presence.

Yeah, I'm sure Dino tells these kids (and I certainly would, as a HC) that
a - it's his job to try to recruit over them, every single year.
b - it's their job to try to make that impossible, by earning their PT every single year, regardless of the competition the coach brings in down the line.
