I am thinking that he wants to see if this thread can make it to 2000. And, if it does, he is coming to SU.

He probably has an easy choice: "I can choose the better football school, in a different part of the country, with more of a chance for bigger wins now, or I can choose an improving football school, hang with my friends, likely be more integral to the team (guess on my part), and close enough for my family to see me regularly."

Easy choice.

He just wants to raise the suspense when something orange comes out of his bag on announcement day.

If you look at the following link to NFL draftees by school during the period of 1992-2011 you will find that Clemson had 63 and Syracuse had 44. And this was SU's worst decade EVER. Clemson is no football factory by any means.
