I think that we put up 50 on Ohio and beat them by 4 scores

First game with a new coaching staff. Will still be working out some of the kinks. Playing an Ohio team shorter on talent but longer on continuity in coaching.

If it's a 31-13 type cover with a few rough moments early, I'm good.

I dont see them scoring many points on us. I can see us giving up maybe two scores

I think what will be more interesting to watch is of and how much play we get from backups, especially at QB2 and see how they play call with backups in.

I hate bringing in backups to just do handoff HB dive.

I would be careful, Ohio is expected to be one of the best in the MAC this season.

We are a team with a brand new HC. While the team has some impressive pieces, this will still be the first game of the season….will take some time to work the kinks out.

I think we win, but not sure if it’s more than 2 Tds

If we’re anywhere close to what we’re supposed to be then we win by 30 easily. At home ….. If we don’t cover I’m selling my seasons !!! ( Yea I’m lying)

Should be a festive atmosphere as compared to years past for an early season MAC game. New Dome seating, With the reduced capacity , if we can get high 30s it will seam pretty full, Fran Brown opener with the talent assembled. Get you popcorn ready !

at some point you would think they do some kind of marketing, but maybe not.

They seem to be playing some kind of games already with tickets. They removed row J from the upper deck end zone across all the sections and they removed alternate rows across the visitor upperdecks as well. so they are trying to make it look more full even if tickets dont move.

Also tickets that were not there 2 weeks ago are now showing up in sections all over.

For sure they play games with tickets. I think this is going to be a good high 30s crowd. I think there will be a really good bump in ticket sales the week leading up to opener. A lot of casuals are now intrigued and they don’t have the crazy fandom we do where we are purchasing seasons/single game tix immediately. They will wait and see how their weekend shakes out and decide week of I imagine.
