Seriously, I always hear national media people fawning over this guy, and no clue why. He is an arrogant Grade A pr**k. I will never forget him mouthing off about our football program after we announced we were leaving the Big East. Days later, we mopped the Dome with his team. I try and forget the rest of that season, but that is always a fond memory. The guy is a jackass.

That's because he's so edemacated. I've found in life the smartest academically aren't always that educated/sharp in a lot of areas, though many listen to them as they were.

I know what the stats say. He was branded as "great" immediately. He isn't. A lot of those came beating up on bad teams in the AFC south. There's an entire thread speaking to this on the off-topic board. I'm not the only one on this board who thinks this.

There are only 2 sure fire great QB's right now. Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

If I am starting a team Luck is in my top 10 Qb's without question.

He's lucky Hasselbeck won games or he may have got his coach fired . He still might. Top 10? Maybe. I'm not so sure. I wish Alsacs or Kaiser would chime in here.

Guys like Cousins, Bortles, Carr, Mariotta, Winston, Fitzpatrick,Jay Cutler, and even Sam Bradford have outplayed him this year. Some guys get branded as "no good" and everyone gives Luck the benefit of the doubt for whatever reason. Yeah he's athletic and has a big arm, does he have Accuracy issues? I think so. Everyone has a down year now and then, but he's been REALLY bad.

So if someone goes and plays minor league baseball and then comes to college at age 26, like Chris Weinke, can that person get paid? What about someone who went and served in the military and then came to play college sports? Or a religious commitment?

The answer is they are responsible for multi million dollar operations and 85plus highly charged 18 to 22 yr old men a high percentage coming from high risk environments in a place where the overwhelming percentage of the student body isnt

HA!! Any good? Please, he's been pretty good up until this year. playing hurt most of the year. Admitting that he has had a bad year but up until now, he's pretty much carried Indy on his back for 3 years. Even his rookie year. He's had zero running game for 3 years as well, probably why he's thrown a good number of INT's. Its popular to be down on Luck this year because most fantasty goof balls are, I get it

Is he top 5 right now? Probably not but he still has time.
