I could be wrong, and admittedly whilst I am an expert on most things sexual assault is not one of them, but would a kid who is being molested be aroused enough to ejaculate?

That seems strange to me.

I can't say for certain, but my understanding of the psychology of molestation victims is that they are often confused or shocked, and don't understand or register what is happening. I assume that between that and simple physiological reaction it is entirely possible. I can't say how likely it is...but I don't know how important that detail is to the accusations/investigation.

Physiologically, it really doesn't matter, your body will do what it wants if the stimulus is given.
