Wow...I can't believe I am shocked in this thread. He is so bad he went on to nearly lead the Bills offense to the playoffs with little/no talent and now has Bortles looking like a really promising young NFL QB.

When he becomes a head coach in the next 5-7 years, you'll be very wrong.

Please tell me that you are kidding. The bills are horrible on O. They are 2-5. Two of their scores last game were by the D. They have the 24th O in the NFL meaning they are not very good. Bortles is not making any progress. Hack will never become a head coach and after he gets fired at the end of the season my be lucky to land a job in college.

Hackett does not coach the Bills this year (!!). He ran their O last year, and although there were some growing pains (like there were at SU), he led a low-talent bunch of retreads and rookies to a 9-7 record and nearly the playoffs. And, you are mistaken about Bortles. And about Hackett being fired after this season. Check back here in nine weeks.

he had a lot of nfl talent on those teams.

also, he drafted ej manuel. thats an all time stinker.

that being said, i think marine is a fantastic coach.

i think shaf can be a good coach and a great program coach with time.

they have no qb. ej manuel does not belong in the afl yet alone the nfl.
