OT: Doug vs Mike Williams Rd 2

Just read a story about some possible consultants for Pegula and the at the end of the article they talked about the HC situation. Reading that made me think if Buffalo doesn't make the playoffs, Doug and co. are gone. The name being rumored as the next hot coach, also rumored to be in Buffalo's thought process... San Diego OC, Frank Reich.

Mike is clearly a moron. I read earlier this year he was in full uniform running through tailgating fans to get to the stadium as he was late.

I think he signed a nice contract with TB before they let him go. For his sake, I hope he got a good chunk of that and is saving it. He'll run himself out of the league within a few years, which is a shame. He has/had the talent to have a very good, long career.
where in the hell is the locker room......geeeeeeez I really think they need a new stadium then

I want to know What changed after halftime? Our defense has dominated everyone this year aside from a couple drives by Rivers and then, somehow, after being dominated in the first half by the Buffalo defense, NE scores EVERY possession in the second half? Something doesn't add up.

I think it was equal parts Schwartz refusing to blitz/adjust and officiating.

The biggest injury/scratch of the game for either side was Aaron Williams. Him being unable to play was exploited all day by Brady. Duke Williams, his replacement, was Justin Rogers level bad.

Um, http://nypost.com/2014/10/12/they-are-cheaters-spygate-the-nfl-scandal-that-started-it-all/.

The game was more about the Bills not being able to stop Brady than it was about Hackett.

I agree with this. Much like what we have seen you can lay a certain amount of blame ion the OC, but you can't blame him for the awful interception thrown right to Collins, an amazing play by Chandler Jones to not only strip the ball, but a quick scoop, and another costly fumble. Much like Syracuse a lot falls on execution and mental mistakes.

if i were mike williams agent, i would tell him - stop being a baby. shave the idiotic beard and take advantage of what you have.

i once commented on a facebook video of his where i took like $100k out in cash and was counting his money in the back of a very nice car. i said something to the effect of, have as much fun as you want, but make sure you dont become another financial statistic. he didnt like the comment and basically told me to stay out of his life. i got a bunch of likes, but also got a bunch of people telling mike will to do him and not worry what the "haters" say.

Which is certainly fair enough, i prob should have never commented, but someone in his team needs to sit him down and have a serious talk.

my hunch (and only a hunch) is that his money is as good as gone within 24 months of him being out of the NFL. and at this rate, he may only have this year left...

I kind of figure that this might be his last NFL chance. I know he's a young player, but he's already proven to be a complete knucklehead with his first team, who shipped him out of town on a rail when they had a chance. He's got a second chance here in buffalo, but is now acting up again.

Talent buys you chances, but at some point when you're more trouble than you're worth, teams will prefer not to deal with you to excise the headaches. I'm not putting MW on this level, but see Terrell Owens. If MW has screwed up this chance, then he might have a difficult time latching onto a third team. He's not THAT good.

That's where you're wrong…9 penalties for 60 yards against NE…all false starts (have to be called), ONE HOLDING against 3 All Pro D Linemen vs. a make-shift line, and the 15 yard face mask which was obvious….

NE's final drive featured a CLEAR push-off by Edelmann on a 2nd a 15 which netted 20 yards, if you've just flagged one team 2x for Offensive PI and don't call that then you clearly have a motivating factor, it's that simple

Bills, on the other hand…4 PI penalties (one legit), the absurd Unsportsmanlike…

The league is completely driven by big markets/money just like college football is now.

They risk becoming a "Big 5 League" only a "Big 8 City" league at this rate
.

If you guys want to complain about bad calls go right ahead, but come on with the big market nonsense.

I guess the NFL has been conspiring against Green Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Cincinnati and San Diego too?

just out of curiosity, why is cincinnati and san diego in this argument?

GB, Indy and New Orleans have been 3 of the most relevant teams over the last 15 years. Cincy and San Diego - middle tier teams at best. Cincy really hasnt been relevant until possibly this year.

and New Orleans stinks this year - so Cincy and SD are out.

Small market teams that have had good seasons and made the playoffs.

You know, because the NFL conspires against that.

It's almost like Mike Williams and Tanard Jackson took some sort of 300-level course in Idiocy while at Cuse.

alright, lets do this.

buffalo gets a 7th rnd pick next year.

6th if williams catches 50.

Coughlin takes another Syracuse guy, but gets him to play the right way.

who do i need to talk too??

edit: scratch that: hes due 5.2million next year...guaranteed.

bills are idiots.

That's actually a very tough course to get into. It is the first class to fill up every semester.
