Umm...NYS has one of the highest overdose by opioids per 100,000 in the country. It's a national problem.Same could be said for Opioids, but that doesn't make it a good idea.

It's hard to pin those numbers down, due to creative bookkeeping employed at most universities.Any leftover profits.
