He had the second highest net punting average in SU history.

That’s pretty good in my book.

I don’t know how many true freshman you’re gonna find that will step in and do better than that, but it’s got to be very very very very few.

You grab true difference makers when you can at this stage. This is a no brainer as a PWO. If he is as good as the ranking you cited, that's a take IMO even if he doesn't beat out Stonehouse as a true F.

A much more pressing need for 2024 is a FG kicker...

It looks like Fran wants competition at PK, punting, and even long snapping. Having a scholarship is not immunity from being bypassed.
