I’ve been saying all along we will take at least 3 in 2020...
Agreed -- wonder whether the "big" JB envisions for this class coming down to either I. Jackson or Ware.
Dre can’t play the 2 at alldre can play 2 or 3, woody 3 or 4, ike 4 or 5
What is the implication here? That we wouldn’t get both Jackson’s ?If both Jackson’s signed tomm we absolutely would. But this won’t play out that way
We’re lucky if we get him for 2 years.Isn’t Quincy planning on being one and done? Obviously could change based on how his season goes
I don’t think we were even listed with Ware.
He attended the elite camp at SU last week -- that's why I bring him up.
Seems like there is some interest now [he might have even gotten an offer].
Is this a scenario where we wish woody wasnt such a early commit? Or does his commitment not matter in the grand scheme of things?
We’d make room. I don’t think it’s all thar crazy to assume Marek may not return for another year or potentially Washington transfers.
I dont know if JB ever did this but I wonder if we go back to him and say thanks but no thanks. Doesnt seem like a JB move but you dont turn down 5 star talent or you just be real with WoodyIs this a scenario where we wish woody wasnt such a early commit? Yep then every non 5-Star has something they can look at if they think about committing EarlyI would think that reneging on an offer months after it was verbally committed to would have negative consequences on future recruiting.
Because kids are dumb. There is no way we can renege on a commit. Why would any kid ever trust us again?
Won’t play a minute at the 2Dre can’t play the 2 at all
Could absolutely be the bigAgreed -- wonder whether the "big" JB envisions for this class coming down to either I. Jackson or Ware.
Andre is virtually assured. Isaiah would be an all time steal. What is the implication here? That we wouldn’t get both Jackson’s ?
Woodys a longer term play. He knows that.I dont know if JB ever did this but I wonder if we go back to him and say thanks but no thanks. Doesnt seem like a JB move but you dont turn down 5 star talent or you just be real with Woody
only if the player in question makes a big public deal about it. but kids re-open their recruitments all the time for all sorts of reasonsThere is no way we can renege on a commit. Why would any kid ever trust us again?
