I don't remember The Pearl even attempting a shot outside of 17 feet - except for one. Also couldn't dunk. Not that he's Pearl aside from being considered the top PG coming out of high school.

Yes, Dwayne "Pearl" Washington did dunk the ball. Many theories posted above. Another one: he wants to play with his brother, and told UNC they were a package deal. The new coach said "no thanks", so the brothers are off to explore other options. I'm sure there will be plenty of them.
