Some of us need two hands“Everything” as a teenage boy??![]()
So is his defense good? Looking at basketball reference his Drtg is... not great. Not saying thats the end all be all but i just want to make sure he can cover for JJ.
45% for Kingz would be great but not likely realistic. Only 5 guys in D1 shot 45% or better and all of them were from mid-major/smaller conferences.Gonna go on a limb here and say this kid is our best PG since Ennis. Definitely our most complete PG in terms of being able to score, pass, handle the ball, rebound and play defense.
Literally the only knock I have on George is his 3pt shooting. But I think he is more than capable to hit the shot. He has a nice shot so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s shooting around 38-40% from 3 this year. Kingz will probably be around 45%, starling and freeman hopefully mid-high 30’s. I think those numbers are all realistic and if that happens. We should be in good shape on offense
I’m expecting anything from 40-45. I think he’s that good of a shooter tbh45% for Kingz would be great but not likely realistic. Only 5 guys in D1 shot 45% or better and all of them were from mid-major/smaller conferences.
Thats not true at all. Kiyan was coming here regardless of red and melo was going to support his son regardless of red.If Red had been fired Donnie, JJ and the other recruits would have all been gone. It would have been a complete rebuild from the ground up without the support of some important individuals including Melo. JW made the best decision in keeping Red for next season and in doing so going on record that he expects huge improvement. One other fact I seriously doubt that Kline would have stayed and with his leaving all of his leg work and connections would have been gone as well.
I don’t know. Kiyan has been pretty outspoken about his relationship with RedThats not true at all. Kiyan was coming here regardless of red and melo was going to support his son regardless of red.
If they fired red i think he would still come here if he liked the new head coach.Thats not true at all. Kiyan was coming here regardless of red and melo was going to support his son regardless of red.
We probably would’ve retained Donnie and the other recruits and just would’ve had to replace JJ which wouldn’t have been that badIf Red had been fired Donnie, JJ and the other recruits would have all been gone. Red made it seem like Donnie was halfway out the door in the video he made a few months ago on social media. He probably was since there were schools contacting him.We probably would’ve retained Donnie and the other recruits and just would’ve had to replace JJ which wouldn’t have been that bad
Of course he has, what player doesn't say good things about their coaches? But beyond that, who is to say the next coach wouldn't have just as good of relationship? There are a lot of great players coaches out there.I don’t know. Kiyan has been pretty outspoken about his relationship with Red
I think he was probably coming here regardless, but yes i think you can guarantee that if he liked the coach at all, he was coming here. I dont think Kiyan in particular was a red or die guy.If they fired red i think he would still come here if he liked the new head coach.
Nice you developed your left, but I think you meant chores not household choirs. I don't think they exist. My HS coach when I was a sophomore made me do everything left-handed in the off season other than write. Brush my teeth, cut and eat food, all household choirs and task. He didn't ask me to work on my left from a bball standpoint. It worked, as I developed a good left.
And so was Michael Jordan.I'm not trying to hate I like Kingz a lot I just believe this guy is middling
Who’s Stephen? The way this team is being built is perfect for Nait. Throwing oops to Kyle, Sadiq, Donnie and hopefully Stephen.
Potential portal transfer from Arizona.Who’s Stephen?
Ah, the center project. I forgot about him.Potential portal transfer from Arizona.
Hopefully a player better than Stephen. The way this team is being built is perfect for Nait. Throwing oops to Kyle, Sadiq, Donnie and hopefully Stephen.
I'm with you, I don't dislike Stephen, but from what little I've seen of him, he needs work. I would love to have him but not as C1 or C2. If Kyle is C1 and he is C2, I will trust Kline's vision.Hopefully a player better than Stephen.
At center I honestly just want athleticism, rim protection and rebounding. The rest of the roster can score.I'm with you, I don't dislike Stephen, but from what little I've seen of him, he needs work. I would love to have him but not as C1 or C2. In addition this we'd be buying out the rest of his contract, and signaling to any other coaching candidates that you have <2 seasons to rebuild. Wouldn't be a good look.If Red had been fired Donnie, JJ and the other recruits would have all been gone. It would have been a complete rebuild from the ground up without the support of some important individuals including Melo.
