I would think it would be a good signwhy?

One of the guys that cover SU for scout said hes a lock to UK.I haven't seen any journalist proclaim he's definitely going to Kentucky... mostly just predictions. I could be wrong, I just haven't been scouring the Internet.
Boeheim's son plays for North Hampton Prep, then Diallo plays the game after. Not a good sign

Honestly, losing Quade is one thing but the reality of losing prospects that may have followed him is a shot to the gut. He was the building block to a potentially great recruiting class and now Hammy prob goes Wilcat for sureOddly, perhaps, that's part of Cal's recruiting pitch. Come to Kentucky, and you'll be part of a team. If you want 30 minutes or 20 shots a game, if you want the spotlight on you and not on your teammates, you need to go someplace else. Apparently that works with some recruits. Kentucky gets enough of them certainly. But it wouldn't be a selling point if Quade really wants to be the man. Whether he does or not, I suppose, is the question.

Means JB is still fighting for a good class. I don't see any negative in it. May relate to QG but equally could just be that he needs a 2G and Diallo is the one still standing - nothing to do with QG.
Whatever chances SU had at Diallo and Bamba are basically reduced to < 5% with Quade announcing to UK tonight. I think it's time to go all in on Jordan Tucker, and call and beg Coleman and Duval to reconsider SU.Honestly, losing Quade is one thing but the reality of losing prospects that may have followed him is a shot to the gut. I wonder what Cal promised Briscoe two years ago, who was the #1 PG in the country? Sure he'll remember those words when he goes undrafted and is playing in Iran within 2 years.Done deal ...He's going to Kentucky.
The coaches at Neumann were pushing for the Cuse. Cal promised the NBA in two years and never mentioned education at all. From an inside source ...I never post ...just don't want everyone wasting their energy on this kid.

Knew I was forgetting someone...So if Quade doesn't make it to the NBA in 2 years can he take it back? lolFlynn played 2 years. And you missed Ennis.

What is exactly wrong with Cal still being associated with college. Get that SOB an NBA job and out of the NCAA!!
It's undoubtedly more than anything that has to do with basketball or the basketball experience that led Quade to UK.I mean if that's all it took on Tuesday night to sway this kid, then I really doubt he was that set on the Cuse as we may have thought. I doubt he was thinking he was playing 3 years here.
How about drop the old school recruiting mentality that you can call kids once a month and it's their responsibility to show that THEY'RE interested in YOU. It's a freaking joke that there was a top 15 player who grew up a Syracuse fan 4 hours away and he said he didn't even know when the last time SU coaches contacted him, and he didn't know if they were going to see him play.Note to staff:
Recruit more kids, recruit more areas than just the Northeast, don't recruit kids that like warm weather...
I don't know about that. They must know something if they weren't interested at all.How about drop the old school recruiting mentality that you can call kids once a month and it's their responsibility to show that THEY'RE interested in YOU.
