Listen I've been a Syracuse Basketball fan for almost 25 years live here in Syracuse all my life so I have lived and breathed it. I would share my thoughts with Jim or any of the staff If I ran into them in the community. It's reasonable and respectful. Like why are we not recruiting 2022 top 10 recruit G Jaden Bradley who is from Rochester and now plays at IMG ?

A chance meeting like this would probably save the program IMO.

No I have never met Jim before. Talked with Adrian Autry a few years back coming back from vacation with my girlfriend on a DC flight back to Syracuse on the jet bridge getting our bags from the plane when we got off.

I’m sure JB would enjoy that. But, he would not be allowed to tell you anything about a recruit.

I know that. But a quick conversation on overall recruiting strategy from a lifelong local fan wouldn't be no harm. I realize JB has forgotten more basketball than I will ever know.

He would have to lead with how he has been a fan for nearly 25 years. Otherwise, there is just no credibility.

It might be that Bradley has told them he doesn't want to stay in CNY for college, so don't bother recruiting him. Lots of stuff we never know.

Kid looks like 4 stars to me. Hes perfect for SU.

This kid is not the solution. We can't go from Dior, Gayle, and possibly Westry 5 and high 4 star recruits to Copeland and Lindsay mid 3 star recruits.

I have seen enough BJ Johnson, Ron Patterson of the world. Guys who will be here 1 maybe 2 years contribute very little maybe a flash here and there then transfer out.

Weird take. Many of us wish BJ Johnson had stayed and redshirted a year to get stronger. He had an awesome career at LaSalle and is doing well professionally.

So we thinking this will be our next commit? Judging off of that comment it looks like odds may be high. Copeland, Lands, and Clingan/Mulvey isn’t a bad haul. Throw in either Justin Taylor or Ty Rodgers and that’s really solid.

I have no inside info here, but yes, this is the guy I think will be the next to commit to Syracuse. He is saying the kinds of things a player about to verbal to a school says.
