We couldn't complete the plays against UNC, I didn't see any plays to be made against Pitt. But yeah either way...

Lol, that's a hot take, lol. Really? So our slim depth at wr, small size, and lack of talent would beat Pitt with the ville dual threat qb. Now, if you said the pitt qb, we have a shor bc the kid is a leader, could work with less talented wrs like ours under pressure.
Pitt is getting ripped here. I understand they are a rival but if you deny their talent at QB, we, rb and the D; then you are just a bitter cuse fan after they beat us. They are good and well coached with a pro QB.
We had the 3 drives start at midfield or better against Pitt and only got 3 points.
If you gave Dino the Louisville QB I think he scores more than just the 3
Points we got in those drives and our defense did a good job against Pitt.
Our QB play killed us against Pitt.

Good point, ty, it did. I just see our problems as multi- positional. Yes, I have been all over TD about his lack of pocket presence and looking to 2nd and 3rd reads, but you make a good point.

The QB for Tech threw 4 pics and was harassed all day still put up 20 points ... the Pitt QB only put 21 on our D and had far better protection ... you swap out Pickett for a better QB, Pitt scores more. I’m still not getting the Pickett fan club thing.
Pitt got 2 TDs off mistakes by the D.. we had them 3rd and really long and allowed them to make enough that they went for a 4th and medium.. Then we had them 3rd and long and they threw a checkdown pass but the cushion was so big the WR had room to run 10 yds and make a first down.. Young Ds make those mistakes.. Both had nothing to do with the QB making plays.. Game 3 we allowed and 3rd and a mile first down.. 3 games in a row we did that as the first UNC score came after allowing them to make a chunk of yards so they went for it on 4th down..
As we learn and trust we probably start to be a bit more aggressive and dont allow those plays and 2 of them led to big TDs early in games where as we had big plays into the red zone that led to nothing several times.. Games flip on sequences like that. Could easily have been up 10-14 those first 2 games and then who knows what mistakes the offense makes trying to get back into a game.

I get it. Pickett is trending well. We played well against Pittsburgh on D. Pickett does the intangible things in the pocket and throws a nice ball. Pro scouts love him. The GT QB is also gonna be a good one. They moved the ball all day in us but he made frosh mistakes to kill drives. He is learning on the fly and will be all acc and a pro at the end of his career.

Not exactly, picket spins it on a pro level and has pocket awareness, something TD lacks at the moment.

Pitt CBs commit more PI than any other ACC DBs by a huge margin. Good to see some refs calling them for it today. Paris Ford is getting picked on in pass coverage. He is having problems covering NC State’s big TE.
If this game gets ugly, and you have Spectrum and are based in CNY, it looks like Liberty vs N Alabama will be shown on channel 392 starting at 1 PM. If Liberty can win here, they only have Louisiana-Monroe before Syracuse. They already have wins over W Kentucky and FIU. Very likely they will be 4-0 when they play us.

No he does not ... McShay has him at 9th best QB prospect not including Sophs - Froshes like Rattler at OU ... McShay is a fool and Pickett at best will be a 3rd string or practice squad at the next level ... I don’t get the obsession with a very mediocre QB. Leary looks better.
