If we can’t even beat Clemson or NC State, we won’t beat Fla St. and Louisville, who are way more athletic than us.

These close losses are much worse to handle short term than the games you simply get beat or out played.

This is the kind of game where a kid like Richmond or a more confident Goodine have a field day and go off. At the end of the day a lot fell on Joe and NC State was smart as they backed off some in the second half and focused on the two guys who hurt them early and used Johnson to lock up Buddy.

Team played tough but too many missed easy shots and too many turnovers, mainly by Dolezaj and Boeheim, at crucial times. Girard had a good game but only 1-10 from 3. Boehiem had probably his worst game of the year. Dolezaj, even though he had 13 points, had 5 TOs and missed so many easy shots. Sidibe was invisible. Team was 3-18 from 3. Hard to win when you shoot like that. Hard to believe SU had 16 more shots than State and still lost. Another nail in the coffin for making the tournament.

Joe made a bad pass but he was stellar all night. Buddy not only missed shots but had awful turnovers and couldn’t play d. I love buddy but tonight was the worst game I’ve seen from one game of guards in years.

They were a guy short. Still were too careless with the ball late. In 2 years that lob from Joe to Edwards works. Not sure what Buddy was doing telegraphing those passes.

Too many bone headed plays will cost this team March madness. Up 6...girard throws an alley oop from half court to Edwards, who I know wouldn’t even convert that. And the rest is history...

Does ESPN have an app or site tool for that or something? I remember reading about that tool on the Bengals' chances of winning a game against the Ravens a couple of years back in the final game before Dalton's heroic 4th down pass...they were under 1%.

I believe that there is an 'Ignore' function, but I haven't partaken.

What happened to “coaches son, gym rat, high IQ, scrappy, coach on the floor” -
You just can’t make the same horrible mistake 3 times in the same damn game

Had 5 TO’s in total, but that last one was the killer.
