WRs who can make plays make the biggest impact IMHO. It's pretty demoralizing to have plays where oline holds up, QB puts a pass in the right area and WR doesn't make the play. I say this as a former WR. Every ball that gets to you you have to make yours. We've had some stud WRs make some very inept offenses put up some points in the past.
Flip side, it's mentally draining to work solid releases and run crisp routes repeatedly and not have a catchable ball come your way. Think we've seen that transpire in recent years and some WRs lose their heads and/or get the yips in the past as result. WR position is a grind when not knowing if or when a catchable ball will finally make it your way and the more rare that is the more pressure on that opportunity.
