Great drill here for rebounding. Whoever invented this thing is probably loaded lol. But this was an intense portion of practice

Reminds me of Lydon’s junior year when we ran the pick and pop almost every time at the end of the first half. Unfortunately, Lydon seemed to stop popping out his senior year. All he did was ball fake three point shots. This video looked smooth and very easy.

I know what you mean. Believe it or not, that was Lydon’s freshman, then sophomore year. He was only around for 2, then drafted. He was more college ready than most. Hopefully Donnie can be even more advanced and capable, without having to play the 5.

I just got back from practice and I’ll try to send some videos here if the mods can teach me with the files being too big and what not.
But let me tell you, this team is legit. They are big, quick and play HARD. I’ll say this too, Jyare Davis is so damn good and smooth it’s not even funny. He can shoot, he can back everyone down, and he is just smooth smooth. Huge pickup by Red. Chris bell missed 1 shot the entire practice. 2 hours 1 shot, absolutely insane. JJ made a ton of threes and looked really good. Eddie is an absolute monster and Naheem is moving so much better than last year. Red knows what he has and it’s a damn goood team

Appreciate the info and insight, its been an information desert here for quite a while.this info is awesome, and I love to hear the Davis might be a huge suprise and lampkin is being the wide body that we've always been looking for! With that said,, I am actually interested on your take on the potential weaknesses of the team, or items you might feel we may need to work on as the year begins? Absolutely nothing wrong with a nice dose of excitement for the year to get all the juices flowing, but i always enjoy being a bit measured in the positives and negatives to see how we can progress and improve as the season moves forward

He made 2 of them right in front of me on a very high paced 3 man drill. Pretty amazing. He looks kinda clunky out there but man is he effective

Appreciate all the insight, Bulldog. Great to hear your reports and there seems to be a lot to be excited about. I hope that a future report will include things slowing down for Freeman and him looking more comfortable. He's a huge key to our success this year (obviously). Thanks again!
