Even though no Cuse, a buddy and I are going to either the afternoon or evening session in Providence tomorrow.

Anyone have restaurant recommendations or anything else to do before or in between sessions?

Thank youu

You should go to the afternoon session. You can catch Copeland playing against Clemson. You might even see Bell who might be there to watch his buddy.

I echo Vorony's recommendation of Hemenway's. Fabulous dining experience.

Also, google Federal (Fed) Hill restaurants. There are literally hundreds of restaurants of all kinds and price points (many on Atwells Ave.). All very close to the Dunkin' Donuts Center - just the other side of Rt. 95.

I visited some family who went to school there, but that was 20+ years ago. Is Thayer Street still fun?

RISD is world-renowned, maybe they have an exhibition or gallery that's worth checking out.

Federal Hill for Itailian, really like Andio's or Cassarino's. Probably like a 10-15 min walk from the arena. Los Andes is good Peruvian but you will need to drive there (prob like 5-10 min drive).

Also would recommend parking in the mall vs parking in the convention center garage if you're driving. The Mall is connected to the arena and will have more parking spots.

Use to go to Providence for work and the locals knew every little dive. Each had food better than the one before. My favorite zuppa de clam in some little Italian social club. Eat well my friend.

We ended up doing the afternoon session, so yeah I can report on Quadir and any possible Bell sightings lol

We're both in our 30s now so don't think the 9:45p tip for St. John's is for us.
Wouldn't get home until like 1am at the earliest.
But we'll see who we run in to and might end up staying for both anyway.

I'd like to see Shaka Smart/Marquette and Brad Brownell/Clemson do well, but other than that,
I am one of the guys rooting for SJ and Pitino this tournament.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, parking tips, etc. and keep em coming.
