Ok, I’m sold. Let him coach until he’s 95.Careful what you wish for Louisville pushed out a legend coach and here they are…
Pitino never let it get this bad of course, but it’s not like the follow ups were anything to write home about.
“You want to be Louisville?” is the new “we’ve never been below .500, so stop complaining”Ok, I’m sold. Let him coach until he’s 95.
Or maybe players just don’t want to go to cuse? Like at some point i think people need to realize this isn’t the 80s and 90s anymore, you don’t need to go to the north east and mid Atlantic to play basketball. I’d be happy to be proven wrong by the next coach, but im not so sure syracuse is losing these recruiting battles because of JB. Perhaps the school just isn’t as attractive as the fans like to think.Doesn’t give an about recruiting either
The portal team won by 2 against a young team with the same number of losses going into the game. Neither team is projected to make the NCAAT. I don’t know if that’s a ringing endorsement for the portal. It's almost like there's something to this portal thing.
I agree but we are talking about two freshman and a soph that did not play much last year against 5 portal players. We nearly won this game. The glass is not have emptyThey’ve had a few good games each.
I’ve liked Brown better all year.
And yet a moral victory in ways.
Love the sarcasm, but be honest, who comes in after JB and does a good job? There’s maybe 5 coach’s in the country who would 1) take the job and then 2) be good at it right awayOk, I’m sold. Let him coach until he’s 95.
So low energy? I don’t think this comment thread was meant for your choices of examplesI like even keel.
We’ll see.Love the sarcasm, but be honest, who comes in after JB and does a good job? There’s maybe 5 coach’s in the country who would 1) take the job and then 2) be good at it right away
Sounds good after a loss but would have you said this if we won?
UConn seems to be doing fine. Nova too. Providence is ahead of us. St. John’s beat us….again. JB is afraid of UB.Or maybe players just don’t want to go to cuse? My point was how many times can we say "we're young and the other team had a bunch of older portal guys."?The portal team won by 2 against a young team with the same number of losses going into the game. Neither team is projected to make the NCAAT. I don’t know if that’s a ringing endorsement for the portal.
100%We’ll see.
We’re not clinging to much at this point though, so I don’t really care.
If we get worse, we get worse….this sucks anyways.
Part of it is the lineup. I don't see how you keep Maliq Brown on the bench for Chris Bell much longer. You can't afford for both of your forwards to be soft, and at least Benny gives us a mid-range game.
I think you’re proving my point for me, Syracuse isn’t that attractive anymore.UConn seems to be doing fine. Nova too. Providence is ahead of us. St. John’s beat us….again. JB is afraid of UB.
Because the coach is 80 and we play zone 100% of the time.I think you’re proving my point for me, Syracuse isn’t that attractive anymore.
This is what you said:I think you’re proving my point for me, Syracuse isn’t that attractive anymore.
So that changes, what does Syracuse bring that any other school doesn’t? A dome but that’s about it. They’ll have some good years and some bad I don’t think any coach today can make Syracuse was it was in 80s-early 2010s.Because the coach is 80 and we play zone 100% of the time.
Brown and JT should start at forward. Don’t really care who gets burn behind them. Some Taylor minutes at the two could be interesting, too.
it will never happen though
